Job Description

We are hiring a Supply Management Intern who will be supporting the team by working with some suppliers in case they are experiencing issues and look for options to avoid or at least to reduce the customer impact that can be caused by those issues as well as helping creating the daily reports.

As an intern, you'll:

- Support Continuous Improvements Initiatives
- Able to work on multiple assignments and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Able to apply understanding of Steelcase processes, products, standards and information systems.
- Support supplier relationships and contracts.
- Running departmental reports
- Suppliers reliability evaluation

Who you are:

Required Skills and Competencies

- Advanced written and oral English (100%)
- Currently studying a bachelor's degree on International Business, Commerce or related.
- Full time availability (7am- 4pm)
- To graduate at least on December 2027.

- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple orders and project simultaneously.
- Organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and apply sound judgement.
