This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico.
As a Destination Wedding Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating customized travel packages for our clients' destination weddings.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to understand their wedding vision and travel preferencesResearch and recommend suitable destinations, resorts, and activities for clients' weddingsNegotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for clientsCreate personalized itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activitiesManage all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments,



and documentationProvide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during their tripStay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry developmentsCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of clients' weddingsPreferred Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on destination weddingsExtensive knowledge of popular wedding destinations, resorts, and activitiesStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficient in using travel booking systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and remotely, while also being a team playerPassion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clientsContract Details:This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
