Flex is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Guadalajara to consolidate, analyze, and report on workforce data from multiple sources. You'll develop executive dashboards, automate reporting, and provide insights to HR leadership on headcount, attrition, retention, and workforce planning.
You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations, using Power BI, SQL, Python, and related tools to deliver actionable analytics, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decisions.
