Role Purpose

The Sourcing Marketing & Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for delivering strategic sourcing and procurement services across marketing, media, advertising, production, and corporate travel categories. The role partners with clients and stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, lead competitive sourcing events, and negotiate commercial agreements that deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, risk management,



and continuous improvement while supporting client business objectives across regional and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across marketing, media, advertising, production, and corporate travel categories.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define sourcing strategies, and deliver procurement solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.

• Conduct market analysis, supplier research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to support data-driven sourcing decisions.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and commercial outcomes.

• Provide category expertise and market insights across marketing services, media buying, corporate travel, meetings and events, and related supplier categories.
