Responsibilities
Manage and resolve incidents and new user requests in the ticketing system.
Coordinate tasks related to suppliers.
Creating Reports
Installation and configuration of networked computers with DS operating system image.




Installation and configuration of networked computers with SF operating system image
Configuring User Profiles on DS Computers
Software installation, configuration and inventory
Installing and Configuring Printers and Scanners
Security incidents handling
DHCP server (QIP) management
Manage and support network cabling activities
Mobile phone management
Responsible in acomplish IT Audits
Responsible in acomplish IT KPI ́s
Monitoring and execution of necessary actions at the security points in DS equipment
Consulting to users on IT procedures and policies.
Execution and participation in local and corporate IT projects.
Creation and updating of procedures, manuals and work instructions.

Qualifications
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
