At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in customer experience management (CXM) and business process outsourcing (BPO). We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional support to donors and customers of charitable organizations.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations while providing a respectful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service to donors and catalog customers.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience, tact, and empathy, particularly when assisting older adults or vulnerable individuals.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while representing the charity's mission and values.
- Build positive connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.
- Navigate sensitive situations and complaints with discretion and respect.
- Provide accurate information and support throughout customer interactions.
