We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to drive end-to-end requirements work for a cross-functional application development team. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, support delivery tracking and UAT, and ensure requirements are carried through design, build, test, and release.
Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives and releases Map current and future workflows, processes, and system behaviors Translate business needs into actionable, testable requirements for technical teams Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, clarify scope, and align expectations Track and report delivery status, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items Plan and coordinate UAT scenarios, sessions, results, and business sign-off Maintain requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support release readiness Create user-facing documentation for new functionality, behaviors,



and workflows Support post-deployment validation and document lessons learned and best practices 3+ years Business Analysis experience on software development projects 3+ years Requirements Lifecycle Management experience across delivery phases Hands-on Large Language Models (LLM) experience using tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for analysis and documentation support Strong stakeholder management experience across business, product, and engineering groups Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong data analysis skills to define KPIs, interpret results, and produce insights Excellent documentation skills for requirements, process flows, and user guides Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Clear communication skills to facilitate alignment and manage expectations English proficiency Upper-Intermediate (B2) Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA Project management or Agile certification such as PMP or CSM Experience with complex enterprise software products Experience with system integration or modernization initiatives Experience in regulated environments with strict compliance requirements
