GE HealthCare seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage comprehensive payroll processes in Mexico, including calculation validation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with external providers. The role requires deep knowledge of Mexican labor, tax, and social security legislation to support HR decision-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Review and validate payroll calculations, incidents, payments, and employer obligations for accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate and monitor payroll services with external providers to ensure precise execution
Generate, analyze, and track reports and metrics to support HR decision-making and process improvement
Identify and implement payroll process improvements through standardization, simplification, and optimization
Provide support to employees, HR leaders,



and teams on payroll, tax, social security, and labor obligation matters
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, verbal and written
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, social security, and labor tax processes
Knowledge of Mexican labor, tax, and social security legislation
Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, and validation
Experience with payroll systems such as TRESS, SAP, ADP, or Workday Payroll
Ability to work effectively in complex, dynamic, and evolving environments
