Overseeing HR applications and Demand Management for MX.
Providing integral support for HR interfaces across Human Capital Management system modules and regional payroll systems.
Main Responsibilities · MX Payroll Integration Ownership: Primary owner, monitoring, troubleshooting, and validating all integrations to ensure error-free payroll execution.
Collaborate closely with MX Payroll, HR Operations, IT and Vendors to resolve issues.
· Demand Master's desired.
· SAP HCM certification required; MX Payroll and Business Process Analyst certifications desired.
· 6+ years of experience in IT landscape, SAP HCM/Payroll/Time, SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations.
· 4+ years with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/IBTP) and Project German intermediate desired.
