As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will provide consulting services across Workday applications, analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and support training that helps clients improve operational efficiency and use Workday tools effectively within our Workday practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections,



and help guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to client engagements focused on finance technology, bring a broad view of Workday capabilities, and help shape deliverables that support client objectives and day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities
- Delivering Workday Finance consulting workstreams across client engagements, translating finance process needs into practical application solutions
- Analyzing client requirements, current-state processes, and control impacts to inform configuration and implementation decisions
- Configuring and testing Workday Finance functionality, including reporting, integrations, and data conversion activities
- Preparing functional design materials, process documentation, and training content to support adoption and day-to-day use
