We're looking for a Client Consultation Specialist for a U.S.-based immigration law firm — fully remote, serving families across the United States.
This is not a legal role. You won't give legal advice.
The firm's client base is predominantly Spanish-speaking, but approximately 30% of your consultations will be conducted entirely in English. You need to be equally confident, warm, and persuasive in both languages.

This is a consultative sales senior role. We're looking for professionals who have already built a track record of guiding high-stakes, emotionally complex client conversations — and closing them. Not someone who is ready to grow into that. Someone who is already there.

The right background looks like 3–5+ years in a primary,



full-time role in consultative sales or high-touch client engagement — think law firms, financial services, insurance (in a professional advisory capacity), real estate, or similar fields where you owned the full client relationship and were accountable for results.

This IS THE RIGHT FIT if you:
• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish — comfortable leading conversations in either language
• Have consistently met or exceeded performance targets in a client-facing role in a US-based company
• Know how to earn trust quickly with people who are emotional, overwhelmed, or uncertain
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and your results
• Genuinely care about the impact of the work, not just the commission
• Can perform under pressure, and have experience being measured with KPIs
