OnMobile is looking for a highly driven, hunter-minded Sales & Account Manager to lead and aggressively expand our business across México. We are seeking a sales builder, capable of opening new markets, creating revenue streams of existing accounts and closing strategic deals with top-tier telecom operators.
In addition to acquiring new customers, the role will be responsible for maximizing the value of existing strategic accounts. This includes developing account growth plans, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding Onmobile’s product and service portfolio within each customer, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term retention and revenue growth.
The candidate will play a strategic role in generating new B2B sales in Mexican Region, mainly for the Onmobile Digital Services Gaming platforms across telecom operators.
Managing relationships with customers, the candidate will go through the sales cycle through digital prospecting and commercial development missions to increase the company's growth and its number of customers.




Create business plan and commercial proposals, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify more effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers (Tier 1-Operators) and Partners, being the point of contact for customers and partner related issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales development for the Mexican Business Unit, with responsibility for P&L; and execution strategy.
• Drive new business development: identify new clients, channels and partnerships across Mexico market, proactively identifying, approaching, and closing Tier-1 Telco operators, partners and distribution channels.
• Build and execute Onmobile go-to-market strategies for new and existing product/service lines in the country.
