The Senior Marketing Manager is an exciting opportunity to be a pioneer as our client launches a new market in Mexico City The role holds broad responsibility across the Marketing organization, overseeing vertical pods and horizontal enablement teams, with in-depth knowledge of email marketing and paid media operations.

This position will have oversight of several business pillars including Cloud Activation, Ads Campaign Operations, YouTube Marketing (YTM) and Consumer Growth Marketing Operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional cohesion while working in close partnership with global teams to ensure the execution of business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Operational Excellence & Scale: Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and CX. Conduct RCAs, develop remediation strategies, and partner with Process Excellence, Tools, and Automation teams to drive global efficiencies.
• Global Partnership: Partner closely with integral Marketing Leadership and teams to align priorities, goals, deliverables, and execution.




• People Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach multiple Pod Leads, establishing performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plans. Conduct regular coaching sessions while ensuring appropriate leadership coverage across pods.
• Strategic Pod Oversight: Provide direction across channel strategy, operational excellence, brand awareness, and revenue growth initiatives for high-impact marketing programs.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary escalation point across pods, managing global executive stakeholders and ensuring projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables align with business objectives.
• Program Governance & Performance: Oversee annual roadmaps and OKRs and guide WBRs/QBRs. Monitor performance metrics, ROI, SLAs, and overall operational performance while partnering with HR on people performance management.
