The idóneo candidate will will play a key role in helping the team meet all financial and brand health goals for Mexico and Latam. The role involves a leadership level of collaboration with internal cross-functional partners as well as external distributors and agency partners. Responsibilities include understanding key market and consumer insights and trends to develop leading marketing strategies that generate consumer demand and increase household penetration, leading the implementation the fully-integrated marketing activation plan which includes regional Media planning, Public Relations and influencers, Medical Detailing, Chef development, BTL activations and full digital amplification, measuring and achieving key performance indicators for the business. This position reports to the Marketing Director for Mexico and Latam
Primary Functions
• Proficient marketer across all disciplines, ranging from communications strategy to creative output and campaign execution. It serves as the central manager of agency relationships and is considered among the company’s most important support organizations.
• The Sr. Mkt. Manager works closely with the Mkt team and internal and external teams/stakeholders (locally and regionally) leading the development and execution of brand strategies throughout understanding of the consumer, brand, its market and competition.
• Flawlessly executes marketing strategy and action plan to achieve business objectives in terms of sales, market share, profitability and ROI
