? We’re hiring: SAP AfterSales Service Specialist | SAP CS / PM / SD
Are you an SAP professional with strong experience in AfterSales Service processes and looking for your next challenge in an international environment?
At Dematic / KION Group IT, we are looking for an experienced SAP specialist to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our integral AfterSales Service solutions.
? What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years of experience with SAP CS, PM, SD, or related SAP modules
✅ Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
✅ Strong understanding of AfterSales processes, including:
• Service & Maintenance Orders
• Notifications
• Equipment & Functional Locations
• Contracts
• Maintenance Planning
• Measurement Points & Classifications
✅ Strong SAP ERP functional knowledge and integration experience with SD, PM and MM
✅ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solution designs




✅ Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate with technical development teams
✅ Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
✅ Knowledge of ALE and IDOC scenarios
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
✅ Advanced English – C1/C2 required

? Experience as an SAP Power User in CS, PM or SD may also be considered.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Key Users, Business Partners, IT teams and global stakeholders while contributing to SAP rollouts, implementations and process improvements across the organization.
