Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to develop business across Mexico for our recycling and waste-processing solutions.
The adecuado candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical waste recycling, plastic waste recycling, wind turbine blade recycling, waste management, or recycling machinery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities across Mexico.
• Identify and connect with recycling companies, waste-management companies, manufacturers, and industrial customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, industry events, and other channels.
• Understand customer recycling and waste-processing requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle inquiries, RFQs, quotations, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Develop relationships with customers,



distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Identify new industries, applications, and market opportunities within Mexico.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in CRM.
