This role is the primary technical authority within a client engagement, hands-on across the AI-driven delivery lifecycle (AI-DLC). The Architect owns high-level design choices, dictates technical standards, and stays directly engaged in the codebase — designing and building the architecture that embeds AI agents across the SDLC, from requirements and code generation through testing, documentation, and release. The adecuado candidate is as comfortable pairing with an AI agent on a pull request as they are presenting an architecture roadmap to a client executive.

• Design and build the architecture that embeds AI agents across the SDLC — requirements gathering, code generation, testing, documentation, and release management.
• Set technical standards for where AI-assisted approaches are trustworthy versus where human-in-the-loop oversight is required to protect quality, compliance, and client trust.
• Stay hands-on in the codebase — reviewing, building, and validating AI-driven approaches against real engineering constraints — and feed findings back into 3Pillar's delivery practices.
• Assess and plan the insertion of new AI/agentic tooling into existing technology stacks and client environments.
