Role Description The TikTok Shop Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing and optimizing VIVA SHOP’s presence on TikTok Shop. This role includes setting up and maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging product information, and coordinating promotions and campaigns. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and suggest content and merchandising strategies to increase visibility and sales. Day-to-day tasks may also involve collaborating with creators, responding to customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop,



and staying current with TikTok policies and best practices for social commerce.
Qualifications

• Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms, including product listing, order flow, and basic merchandising.
• Knowledge of social media marketing fundamentals and an understanding of TikTok trends, audience behaviors, and creator ecosystems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Comfort with data tracking and basic analytics to interpret performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and culturally aware approach.
