Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is a member of the Delivery COE team responsible for developing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, supporting knowledge transfer to the automated testing team, and reporting testing outcomes for assigned features. The QA Specialist performs functional, system integration, release validation, defect verification, and regression testing across browsers, devices, systems, and environments supporting Carhartt’s eCommerce, SAP, and Retail applications. This role contributes to a collaborative, quality-focused culture by applying industry best practices to ensure reliable technology solutions that meet the needs of Carhartt associates and customers.

Associate Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, usability, accessibility, smoke, and user acceptance testing activities across multiple applications and environments.
• Document, execute, and analyze test results to validate expected system behavior and business outcomes.
