We are looking for a strategic Talent and Culture Leader to guide the evolution of our team, enhance the employee lifecycle, and consolidate a high-performance work environment. This role is key to aligning our human capital practices with business objectives, driving retention strategies, and executing cultural transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Cultural Affinity
• Define and implement a new, innovative recruitment process specifically designed to assess and ensure strong cultural affinity.
• Position and strengthen the organization's Employer Branding in a highly competitive market.
• Design and execute the Trainee Program to attract emerging talent.
• Build and manage continuous talent pools and talent maps to anticipate business needs.
Talent Management
• Lead comprehensive talent management, structuring succession plans and talent maps to ensure operational continuity.
• Design and execution of the Corporate Training Academy, ensuring continuous team upskilling.
Performance & Professional Development
• Lead performance management cycles, implementing agile methodologies and 360-Degree Feedback evaluations.
• Structure and monitor plans for developing employees.
• Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial and executive capabilities.
Culture, Climate & Employee Experience
• Lead comprehensive cultural transformation processes through organizational diagnosis and intervention.
• Measure, analyze, and elevate the work climate and employee experience, managing action plans linked to surveys and certifications like GPTW (Great Place to Work).
• Design the organizational communication strategy to keep teams informed, connected, and aligned with corporate values.
