As a Cash Application Analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer payments are accurately identified, applied, and reconciled, while helping resolve payment exceptions and maintaining high standards of accuracy and financial control.

What you'll do
Receive, identify, and accurately apply customer payments.
Review remittance information and supporting documentation to ensure payments are applied correctly.
Research and resolve unapplied cash, unidentified payments, and routine payment exceptions.
Work with different payment methods, such as ACH, wire transfers, EFT, checks, credit cards, and lockbox payments.




Support reconciliations, period-end activities, and accurate transaction documentation.
Collaborate with Finance teams to research discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.
Follow financial controls, standardized procedures, and quality requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
0–3 years of experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or a similar transactional environment.
Knowledge of payment identification, payment application, unapplied cash, and reconciliation processes.
Experience working with ERP or Accounts Receivable systems is preferred.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Fluent written and spoken English required.
