Please do not send functional consultants or administrators unless they have strong development and integration experience. The client is looking for a hands-on technical resource who can work across Dynamics customization, Azure integrations, modernization initiatives, and reporting migrations.

Must-Have Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Dataverse development
• Strong development experience with:
o C# (.NET Framework and .NET 8 / Modern .NET)
o JavaScript / TypeScript
o Dynamics Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web Resources
• Experience with Power Platform
o Power Apps
o Power Automate
o Custom Connectors
• Strong understanding of Dataverse Web API and REST integrations




• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing estimates
Azure & Integration Experience
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
• Azure Functions
• Azure Function migration projects (Runtime 3.x to 4.x, .NET Framework to .NET 8 preferred)
• Azure Service Bus
• Queue-based integrations
• Azure Blob Storage
• Hybrid integrations between cloud applications and on-prem SQL Server environments
Dynamics Technical Skills
• Security roles and security model design
• Environment management and solution layering
• Managed solutions and deployment practices
• Source control and release management
• Multi-entity and multi-currency Dynamics implementations
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
• SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Logic Apps
• SSRS to Power BI migration experience
• SharePoint
