About the Role
This role requires hands-on experience in leading transformation initiatives across Clinical Operations, Medical Coding, Patient Calling and Contact Center Operations, and Revenue Cycle Management. The adecuado candidate will combine Lean Six Sigma expertise,



healthcare domain knowledge, analytical capability, stakeholder management skills, and transformation leadership..

Responsibilities
The role will advance AGS Health’s operational excellence and transformation agenda by delivering measurable and sustainable process improvements across business operations and enterprise functions.

•Identify and lead continuous improvement and transformation opportunities.
•Apply Lean, Six Sigma, automation and analytics tools to deliver projects.
•Coach Green Belts and Project Managers on improvement initiatives.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
•Ensure governance, control plans and performance reporting are sustained.
•Drive Lean, Six Sigma and Digital engagement across teams.
