We are hiring a bilingual (English & Spanish) Construction Manager based in Mexico to take FULL OWNERSHIP of our construction operations, from A to Z.

This is not a "just follow instructions" role. We need someone who truly understands construction, always knows what is happening on every project, and runs it like it is their own.

What you will own:
• Managing construction projects from start to finish: planning, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight
• Buying & selling: sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies, negotiating prices with vendors, and handling sales when needed
• Hiring people: finding, vetting, and managing workers, crews, and subcontractors
• Collecting payments: invoicing, following up, and making sure every payment is collected on time
• Tracking budgets, costs, and progress, and giving clear updates to the owner
• Solving problems fast and keeping every project moving without being micromanaged

Requirements:




• Must be located in Mexico (only candidates based in Mexico will be considered)
• Strong English AND Spanish, spoken and written
• Real construction experience: you know how a project runs from the ground up
• Experience purchasing materials, managing crews/subcontractors, and handling payments
• Organized, reliable, responsive, and comfortable making decisions
• Takes full ownership and accountability for results

Details:
• Pay: $5 to $7 USD per hour, based on experience
• Remote, long-term contract role (6+ months)
• Full-time availability preferred
