Zensar is seeking an experienced Business Analyst on enterprise– CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ or custom CPQ) or eCommerce platforms covering quote-to-cash or order-to-cash). This is remote in Mexico.

Role summary:
Bridge business stakeholders and engineering for the Cisco Commerce CPQ Web Portal (trainable skills). You will turn quote-to-order business needs into clear, testable requirements and use AI assistants such as Copilot, Cursor or ChatGPT-class tools to speed up analysis, documentation and story writing.

Key responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for CPQ and eCommerce processes: product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, deal approvals, ordering, renewals and subscriptions.
