About the role
Seasoned Quality Engineering professional. Works as an individual contributor to achieve objectives that have a significant impact on area of responsibility. May managed Quality Engineering processes and/or projects. Uses experience and knowledge to influence the development, modification, application, and maintenance,



or quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the NPD Quality lead for the Heat Exchangers, Valves & Tubing CIPT area, including heat exchangers, valves, tubing, brazing, welding and leak testing.
• Provide end-to-end Quality ownership for the assigned area from early product development through production launch and transition to sustaining Quality.
• Drive Quality activities across design reviews, APQP, Passport reviews, prototype and MCS builds, PPAP readiness and production launch.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and other cross-functional teams to identify risks and drive open Quality actions to closure.
• Drive Quality readiness for brazing, welding, leak testing, inspection and other applicable manufacturing processes.
• Review FPY, defects, test failures, rework and other build data to identify issues a
