Role Overview

Seeking a capable, adaptable professional to support daily transportation operations. We value strong judgment, learning ability, and commitment.
Prior transportation or equipment management experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone who demonstrates the ability to understand our processes, follow through, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate operational records,



including container check-ins, check-outs, assignments, and equipment status.
- Coordinate with office staff, customers, and other operational contacts to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize supporting documentation and help ensure records are complete for billing and reconciliation.
- Track outstanding items, follow up promptly, and escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Learn Bayview workflows and provide additional operational support as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Clear spoken and written English.
- Comfort working with Excel, email, and business software.
- Dependability and the ability to complete tasks with progressively less supervision.
- Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and interest in a long-term role.
