Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities
In this opportunity as an Account Specialist, you will:
• Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer value realization.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation; manage inbound commercial inquiries; identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Act as a primary contact for commercial and support-related inquiries; confirm renewal intent and clarify terms with customers.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts.




• Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions and strategic alignment.
• Drive timely and accurate renewals through proactive customer communication and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract terms.

Required Qualifications
You're a fit for the role if your experience includes:
• 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or recurring revenue environments) with accounts portfolio management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency both written and oral.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
