Objective

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for corporate functions to optimize costs, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with purchasing policies, and create value through strategic negotiations and supplier management.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories and corporate services, developing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes and supplier negotiations.

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize spending.

• Manage supplier relationships and develop continuous improvement plans.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, Security, Engineering, and Operations.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and purchasing processes.

• Analyze market trends, supply risks, and commercial terms.

• Monitor purchasing KPIs, savings, contracts, and supplier compliance.

• Support internal and external audits related to purchasing processes.





• Lead and present sourcing projects and strategies to the Regional Purchasing Committee.

• Automate recurring purchases through framework agreements, catalogs, and purchasing tools.

• Negotiate, formalize, and administer commercial contracts.

Position Requirements.

Intermediate proficiency in:

• Strategic purchasing and supplier management.

• Purchasing analytics, performance management, tools, and systems.

• Legal aspects of purchasing, process management, and governance.

• Technical and materials knowledge, and quality assurance.

• Execution excellence, continuous improvement, and optimization.

• Consulting, sustainability, negotiation, and market analysis.

• Communication and conflict management.
