The Role

• We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) to support our automotive dealership partners. Our Customer Interaction Center Representatives provide valuable solutions that increase dealership business, drive appointments, strengthen customer relationships, and support dealership growth.
• This is a blended inbound and outbound role,



where representatives handle incoming customer inquiries as well as outbound customer and business-to-business calls.
• We are looking for upbeat, energetic individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling their local dealerships.

• Handle a variety of customer questions, inquiries, and requests using dealership policies and procedures as a guide.

• Schedule, modify, cancel, confirm, and reschedule service appointments on behalf of automotive dealerships using dealership scheduling systems.

• Conduct outbound customer outreach to schedule appointments, re-engage customers, and support dealership retention initiatives.
