DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Tooling Engineer, where you'll contribute to excellence in supporting the design, modification, and release of plastic compo-nents and injection molds at the Tijuana site. Works collaboratively with Engineer-ing, Tooling, Manufacturing,



and R&D; teams to develop, refurbish, and improve tooling solutions that support new product introduction (NPI), business continuity, and production processes and equipment optimization. In this role, you'll work across functions to ensure high-quality manufacturing operations while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll manage technical projects, implement process improvements, and provide essential support to manufacturing operations. REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting injection mold design, mold refurbishment projects, product transfers, and manufacturing sustainment activities.
