Job Description

Syngenta’s Global Continuous Nursery team is seeking a Research Associate in Puerto Vallarta.
Accountabilities
• Supervise all Corn Technician and temporaries appropriately to ensure the KPIs.
• Implement/develop new projects.
• Active communication with Agronomy and Operations teams to ensuring key issues are escalated in a timely manner.
• Identify ,train and develop Research Technician to maximize their supervision skills and team integration and attention to details when leading fields.
• Responsible for planting, pollinations, detasseling and harvesting of all nurseries.
• Partner with Crop Lead in the planning of supplies and people resources. (temporary employes).
• Make crop updates and communicate important issues to Crop Lead.
• Measure, track, improve and communicate crop performance through globally consistent & aligned Operational KPI’s
• Active participation in the Planning part of Crop activities to share ideas and drive continuous improvement
