The Project: Accountable for the planning function on allocated projects/tenders, ensuring that they are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored. Supports the Project Management function in the delivery of the project/tender, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and profitably. Responsible for the planning of medium to high-complexity projects, a portfolio of projects, or sections of larger projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Maintaining integrated portfolio plans across workplace, retail, corporate real estate, facilities management and capital project programmes.





• Developing and maintaining rolling portfolio plans, resource forecasts, demand forecasts and capacity models.

• Consolidating portfolio information from Facilities Management, Operations, Procurement, Real Estate and Project Delivery teams into a single planning framework.

• Producing portfolio analytics, dashboards, forecasting models and management information to support decision-making.

• Identifying resource constraints, capacity bottlenecks, operational conflicts and portfolio dependencies.

• Supporting portfolio prioritisation exercises through data analysis, forecasting and scenario planning.

• Coordinating planning inputs from multiple business functions to ensure alignment of activities and priorities.

• Supporting the development of procurement, resource and delivery forecasts to improve portfolio planning visibility.

• Producing capacity utilisation reports, planning heat maps, look-ahead reports and portfolio
