Your team

Technology & Development Operations sits within Platform Ecosystem & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineering, part of BlackRock’s Platform Enablement organization. We build production software and reusable engineering patterns that modernize workflows across Business Operations and Client Services. The team partners closely with Aladdin Engineering and other technology teams to deliver full-stack AI applications, intelligent document processing, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, and data-driven operational tools. We focus on turning validated ideas into secure, reliable, and reusable production capabilities rather than isolated demonstrations.

Your role and impact

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you will turn complex operational problems into well-designed software across the user-interface, backend, data, and AI layers. Your work may include React and TypeScript experiences, Python application programming interfaces (APIs), orchestration services, document-processing pipelines, semantic and vector retrieval, large language model (LLM)



workflows, and the production controls needed to operate these systems responsibly. You do not need to be a machine-learning researcher. We are looking for a strong software engineer who knows how to make AI capabilities useful, testable, secure, and reliable for real users.

Your responsibilities
