Overview
As a
Technical Product Owner, you’ll help shape and deliver personalization capabilities that create more relevant, connected customer experiences for a leading organization in the retail industry.



You’ll work at the intersection of
Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and business teams, translating customer and business needs into technically sound, scalable product capabilities. You’ll own and refine the product backlog, drive roadmap execution, and help teams make informed decisions across
APIs, backend services, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), integrations, and digital experience ecosystems. You’ll balance near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution, ensuring the products we build are valuable to customers, technically sustainable, and ready for production.
Your Impact

• Drive the technical product backlog for personalization initiatives, translating product strategy, business needs, and customer problems into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, business stakeholders, and partner team
