Financial Business Intelligence Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented Financial Business Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our team. The adecuado candidate will combine advanced technical expertise with a strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and enterprise data. The role will transform data from SAP, OneStream, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and other systems into reliable financial insights, dashboards, semantic models, and actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize ETL and ELT processes and data pipelines. • Investigate data discrepancies related to mappings, hierarchies, duplicate records, sign conventions, currency conversion, allocations, and reporting periods. • Apply predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and modeling techniques to support financial planning and decision-making. • Proven experience in financial analytics, business intelligence,



data analytics, or a related technical field. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. • Experience with Azure data services is preferred. • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including general ledger, cost centers, cost elements, profit centers, actuals, budgets, forecasts, planning, allocations, and variance analysis. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Preferred Profile • Financially oriented, technically strong, and business-minded. • Detail-oriented and disciplined when validating financial results. • Familiarity with SAP Finance and Controlling, OneStream, Snowflake semantic views, data governance, and AI-enabled analytics is a plus.
