We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Analyst to support our growth agenda across Latin America.

Working closely with the Business Development VP for Latin America and teams across the region, this role will support the identification, tracking and development of new business opportunities, while helping organize and activate the knowledge, insights and materials needed to strengthen pitches and client proposals.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the tracking and follow-up of new business opportunities across Latin America, including pipeline, open, won and lost opportunities.
• Coordinate with market leaders and account teams to ensure business development information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports, helping analyze pipeline activity, wins, losses, trends and key opportunities.
• Assist with background checks, conflict checks, client vetting and other due diligence processes related to new business opportunities.
• Support the Business Development VP on strategic and multi-market opportunities, coordinating timelines, materials, stakeholders and follow-ups.
