The E-commerce Sales Manager is a customer-facing commercial role responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for assigned accounts. The position focuses on delivering profitable growth for a brand, channel, or category through effective customer management, data-driven decision-making,



and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute account-specific commercial plans aligned with sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
Lead relationships with key customers, understand their priorities, and negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both parties.
Manage the sales forecast, commercial pipeline, and key performance indicators for each account.
Analyze sales, market, and customer data to generate recommendations and support commercial decisions.
Hard Skills: Account planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, commercial negotiation, and key performance indicator tracking. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, commercial modeling, and performance tracking. Experience using customer relationship management platforms, preferably Salesforce.
