The Opportunity

The Digital Planning Transformation program is a integral initiative to modernize how the organization plans, reports, and makes decisions, moving all Operating Units onto a single standardized platform, Cockpit,



used today by 7,000+ users with 175,000+ monthly views.

We are past the "build dashboards" phase. The next phase is making reporting self-maintaining: dashboards that are automatically validated, documentation that writes itself, insights that surface without someone manually assembling them. Generative AI is now part of how this team works, not a side project.

As a Cockpit Analyst, you will translate business reporting needs into Tableau solutions, and you will use AI tooling to do it faster, check it more rigorously, and automate the parts of the job that shouldn't be manual. This is a role for someone early in their career who is genuinely fluent with AI tools and wants to build reporting products, not just reports.
