As the Quality & EHS Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams with regional or product-line scope. Strategic Leadership: Manage direct and dotted-line reports, setting strategic priorities that directly impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department.
Quality & EHS Stewardship: Ensure total alignment with integral standards and local regulatory requirements.
Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical insights to diverse audiences. Leverage technical expertise and data analytics to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Project Execution: Lead medium-risk programs from conception to completion, ensuring milestone delivery and resource optimization.
Experience: Significant, proven track record in Quality Management and EHS Functional Management.




Knowledge level equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent high school diploma/GED with substantial, relevant professional experience).
