Lead day-to-day production activities within the value stream to ensure current commitments are achieved while making improvements. Participate in and or lead cross-functional projects and kaizen events involving the expansion and/or continuous improvement of the value stream. Track daily performance; Drive sustainable year‐over‐year cost, cash flow, and service level improvements along five categories: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash (SQDCC).
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
Ideally 5+ years in manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods along with the flexibility and adaptability to accept, support, and deploy new processes in a changing business environment.
Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships,



both internal and external, and establish credibility with business partners.
