As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
Act as the trusted business partner to the sales team in the American Region, developing a deep understanding of the business and sales operation.
Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities for the commercial function.
Analysing performance trends and translating data into actionable insights to improve profitability and cash delivery.
Supporting the development and evaluation of business cases, commercial proposals and pricing decisions.
Driving collaboration between finance, sales and operations to ensure alignment on performance and targets.
Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring compliance across commercial activities.




Experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex or general organisation
Strong financial analysis, modelling and commercial acumen
Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. We will work with you to make suitable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process.
