We're looking for a Visibility Manager (Track & Trace) who is a hands-on leader, able to train, coach, and hold a team to a clear standard every day. You'll work in a fast-moving freight operation that is shifting from manual tracking to exception-based visibility. Here, technology handles routine loads, and people step in on the freight that needs them.
You'll lead the Track & Trace team inside Managed Operations and turn documented processes into consistent daily execution. You'll work closely with Visibility Specialists, Carrier Procurement,



and the wider operations team to keep customers informed and catch exceptions before they become problems.
