The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Inbound team is looking for a committed Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results to own and drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence across Inbound operations. This role will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost within the Inbound network.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Inbound functions, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven analysis.
- Establish and maintain benchmarking standards, setting network-level rates and driving process sustainability and standardization across multiple sites.
- Partner with Inbound, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify network-level opportunities, eliminate process variation, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Drive stakeholder development by building continuous improvement culture, developing SMEs,



and coaching site leadership on CI tools and methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scoping, chartering, executing, and sustaining improvements with measurable business impact.
- Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps, develop actionable insights, and implement corrective actions.
- Support technology deployment and automation initiatives to improve Inbound efficiency and reduce defects.
- Create and maintain standard work documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Inbound processes.
- Influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations and strategic program updates (WBR, MBR, QBR).
