Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the digital strategy across the brand and property, ensuring a refined, cohesive, and high-performing online presence.

This role drives brand visibility, positioning, demand generation, and direct revenue through strategic use of digital channels, content, and platforms.

Position Objective

To lead the execution and continuous optimization of all digital marketing initiatives - ensuring that every online interaction reflects the sophistication, authenticity, and emotional connection expected from a world-class luxury hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives including brand websites, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, PR, Operations, Spa, Wellness, F&B;, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and comm
