The Security Coordinator coordinates and supervises day-to-day security operations at CIMMYT Headquarters, ensuring adequate staffing, continuity of security services,



and consistent application of established security procedures and standards. The role supervises Shift Security Supervisors and Security Agents, monitors site security conditions and compliance, coordinates incident-related activities, and provides operational information and recommendations to Security Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate security workforce schedules and coverage for CIMMYT Headquarters, managing shifts, leave, absences and shift changes to ensure adequate and continuous staffing.
