This is a remote, evening and overnight seat. You'll work on your own, keeping LTL and TL shipments on track, customers informed, and problems handled before morning.After hours, you're the main point of contact for your assigned accounts. You own each order from entry and validation through the final delivery update. You'll work with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, consignees, and Account Managers, and at the end of every shift you'll hand the day team a clean,
