Carrier is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will balance lines, lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement standard work, and support NPI, collaborating with production, quality and engineering teams.
You will analyze data, reduce waste, improve throughput, and help design manufacturing cells, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Power BI, and advanced English.
