Global Payments is hiring an AppOps Support Engineer in Mexico City to ensure production readiness of critical applications and infrastructure. You will investigate incidents, diagnose complex issues and implement repeatable fixes to improve reliability.
You will work across Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA and client teams to own health checks, automate tasks, validate data and reduce recurring incidents while supporting a integral payments ecosystem.
