Job Description

General description:Analyze products (electrical) with comprehensive and correct analysis results (quality and timing)Provide technical support to warranty analysis lab techniciansSystematic failure overview using warranty analysis database to create analysis troubleshoot guideParticipate in digitalization projects (plant and QMM projects)Primary duties and responsibilities:Product

Failure AnalysisCustomer claims analysis (electrical) according to test flow approved by Lead Plant.Test equipment SW/HW setup/installationCommunication with Development team for special analysis/Defect Not Found cases/new equipmentContinuous technical learning on current and new productsDetect trends on repetitive failures and report it to customer interfacesDetermine responsibility of defect cause of the customer returns (external/internal)Usage of Hardware and Software diagnostics tools (CANAlizer, CANoe tools, etc)Usage of electrical schematics and Gerber files for PC boardsCompliance of internal KPIs regarding analysis time and quality according with Bosch directivesTest Equipment procurementCreate analysis report for each customer claimDigitalizationParticipate in plant and QMM digitalization projectsUse of IA digital tools to detect failure known modesSupport JuP1 digitalization projects (i.e. SW implementation, bot/RPA creation,etc)





Qualifications

Working Experience:>2 years of professional experience in failure diagnostic (preferred), product/test engineering, preferably in automotive industry.Bachelor Degree: Electronics, Electrical, Digital Systems, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related.Key Skills:Substantial Analysis tools knowledge, (eg Oscilloscope, multi-meter,…)Electronics knowledge is a mustBasic Programming skillsPreferred usage of AI Tools and data analyticsLanguage (written and oral)• English: Advanced.• German: Preferred.
